Since joining Interface Media Group in 1998, Arend’s strong creative sense and solid technical expertise have helped him grow from Senior Editor to his most recent position of Vice President for the company. In this role, Arend works closely with clients and staff, overseeing creative department services within IMG’s production infrastructure to determine the best approach to achieve project goals and help ensure premium quality of services.
Arend’s background and experience have proven to be an invaluable asset in every avenue of the creative process, from his work in creative editorial, to compositing and finishing projects in smoke and flame. His expertise has earned him a shelf full of awards including several International Monitor Awards, Tellys, Addys, Cine, Peer Awards and more. The numerous awards and accolades he has received over his 20 year career tell only a small part of the contribution that Arend brings to every project he is a part of.
