A perfectionist at heart, Troy’s expert compression skills are highly sought after by clients such as PBS, the DNC, National Geographic, WETA, NASA, and the National Museum of the American Indian. He has created a proprietary training manual for IMG and ensures the highest level of quality for delivery by training and working closely with our Assistant Editors and our digital distribution compressionists. His DVD Authoring skills are legendary and have been instrumental to the success of the video games “Oblivion” and “Fallout 3 as well as to independent films such “Coal Country” and “War Child.”
Troy is currently studying and working to become a Microsoft certified developer who specializes in ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server and Silverlight. In his spare time, Troy reads up on the evolution of Digital Rights Management (DRM). Always a dapper dresser, Troy loves travel and landscape photography. Some of his photographs are on display in the Digital Media room. Troy came to IMG in 1998 having graduated from James Madison University's SMAD program.
